Product Lead, Developer Experience

About Alchemy Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences. Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com. About the role Self-serve is how Alchemy grows. The dashboard and the developer experience around it are the primary revenue engine for our flagship products: developers discover us, sign up, get to their first call, scale their usage, and upgrade largely without ever talking to a person. That funnel is one of the most direct levers on company-level revenue we have, and this role owns it. It's also changing fast. A growing share of developers now reach Alchemy through an AI coding agent rather than a browser tab, and we expect agent-mediated usage to become the dominant way our platform is consumed. Building for that shift, our MCP server, agent skills, and AI-native onboarding, sits squarely in this role. You'll run the dashboard as a product, own the self-serve growth engine, and set the experimentation and measurement standard for growth across the company, partnering with Node APIs, Data APIs, Wallets, Transaction Engine, Growth Marketing, and Billing, and spending meaningful time with customers. What you'll own - The dashboard. Own signup, app creation, first key, first call, usage and CU visibility, upgrade paths, team management, and the observability developers need to debug their own traffic. - Developer experience end to end. Docs, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, sandbox and testnet flows, and the first hour of every integration. Reduce time to first successful call, then time to first paid workload. - Own product-led growth end to end. Design the developer journey from docs, to first API call, to first paid workload, to scaled production spend. Instrument it, find the drop-offs, fix them. - Agent experience (AX). Make Alchemy the default infrastructure an AI coding agent reaches for. Own how our MCP server, agent skills, and machine readable docs perform inside Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next. - Experimentation. Building the A/B and holdout tooling, running pricing, packaging, and onboarding tests, and creating a habit of shipping and learning weekly rather than quarterly. - The truth. Get into the warehouse yourself. Build the funnel, find the cohort that doesn't behave like the average, and bring back the answer nobody wanted to hear. What we're looking for - 10+ years in product, with deep time on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure, and direct ownership of a dashboard or console that developers use daily. - Proven product-led growth leadership: you've owned a self-serve funnel at scale and can show what you moved, by how much, and how you know it was you. - Rigorous experimentation practice. You know the difference between a lift and a fluke, you size tests before you run them, and you've built the culture as much as the tooling. - Genuinely analytical. Data Analysis is a normal Tuesday. You can build the model, audit the instrumentation, catch the bad join, and defend the number in front of the exec team. - Truth seeking. You'd rather be corrected in week one than right in a deck in week twelve. You go looking for the disconfirming data. - Cross functional gravity. You've driven outcomes across engineering, design, docs, marketing, sales, and finance without owning any of them. - Customer facing by instinct. You run your own discovery calls, sit in support channels, and can walk a CTO through an integration and a pricing model in the same meeting. - Technical enough to build with our own APIs, prototype with AI agents, and read the code when the answer isn't in the dashboard. - Crypto and web3 experience is a plus. - Benefits and Perks πŸ₯ Medical, Dental, & Vision πŸ’ͺ Gym Reimbursement πŸ–₯️ Home Office Build-out Budget πŸ₯™ In-Office Group Meals πŸš… Commuter Benefits 🌴 Flexible Time Off πŸ§˜β™‚οΈ Wellbeing & Mental Health Perks 🧠 Learning & Development Stipend 🌎 Company Sponsored Conferences & Events πŸ’Έ HSA and FSA Plans 🧬 Fertility Benefits Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.

For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com. About the role You'll own a 0β†’1 product surface at Alchemy, from the first customer conversation to GA to a self-serve growth engine. This is a builder's seat. You'll define the wedge, write the spec, sit with design and engineering daily, get on calls with developers and CTOs, and carry the number that proves it worked. You'll have real latitude to shape the roadmap, so this role suits someone who's comfortable defining the problem as well as solving it What you'll do - Go 0β†’1. Take an ambiguous opportunity such as agentic payments, stablecoin rails, data APIs, or a new chain ecosystem, and turn it into a shipped product with real usage and real revenue. - Sell, build, and deliver. Run discovery calls, join sales calls, write the pitch, then go build what you promised and make sure it lands in production. - Be the voice of the developer. Live in support channels, GitHub issues, customer Slack channels, and your own terminal. Ship product that engineers choose without a sales call. - Set the bar on quality and speed. Define what great looks like for latency, reliability, and DX, then hold the line while moving fast. - Make the call. Decide with incomplete information, write down why, and revisit when the data changes. What we're looking for - 5+ years in product, with meaningful time on a developer platform, API, or infrastructure product. You've shipped things engineers integrate, not just use. - Demonstrated product-led growth experience: self-serve funnels, activation and conversion metrics, pricing and packaging, usage-based monetization. - Founder mentality. Comfortable in a sales call, a design review, and a production incident on the same day. - Thrives in ambiguity. You create the structure rather than wait for it. - Technical enough to read an API spec, write a curl request, prototype with an AI coding agent, and hold your own with senior engineers. - Crypto and web3 experience is a plus. Social & Technical Content Manager

About the Role Alchemy is hiring a Social & Technical Content Manager to own how our strongest product, engineering, and customer stories show up online. This is a social-first role focused initially on X and LinkedIn, with opportunities to extend strong ideas into video, email, events, and longer-form content. You have strong social instincts, a sharp editorial eye, and enough technical curiosity to earn the trust of engineers. You can find the idea worth building around, choose the right format, and carry an incomplete brief through to a finished package. You prefer a few stories with a clear point of view to filling a calendar for its own sake. What You’ll Do - Own day-to-day editorial planning and execution for Alchemy's social channels, with a primary focus on X. - Help shape channel strategy with Marketing leadership: identify our core content pillars, build the brand of internal Alchemists, and experiment with ambassadors, KOLs, and other growth levers. - Build a reliable story pipeline with Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team. - Interview engineers, product leaders, customers, and executives to find the detail that makes a story credible. - Turn launch briefs, product demos, technical documentation, engineering interviews, and customer results into platform-native social posts, videos, emails, and longer-form content. - Develop repeatable content pillars, formats, and distribution plans that extend important launches and customer stories beyond launch day. - Partner with designers and video producers while owning the idea, message, script, and editorial bar. - Help Alchemy's experts show up on social with posts that sound like them. - Use AI to move faster on research, drafting, repurposing, and analysis. Use performance data to decide what to repeat or stop. What we’re looking for - 3+ years creating social or technical content for a company, product, or expert. - Work samples that show strong storytelling, including at least one social-first example and one piece that makes a technical subject clear. - Strong instincts for social media. You understand how each platform works and know when a format or trend serves the story. - Clear, concise writing and rigorous editing. You can simplify a complex idea without making it less accurate. - Technical curiosity and the confidence to learn from documentation, demos, and subject-matter experts. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should know when a claim needs verification before publishing. - Sound editorial judgment. You can choose what deserves amplification, cut what does not, and finish the work with limited oversight. - Experience earning trust across technical and creative teams, managing feedback, and keeping launches moving. - A practical approach to measurement. You can explain what worked, what did not, and what you would change. - The ability to develop strong video concepts and scripts. On-camera work and video editing are useful, but not required. - You might come from social media, developer relations, technical content, developer education, or product marketing. Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, AI, fintech, cybersecurity, or Web3 is helpful. Prior Web3 experience is not required. Benefits and Perks πŸ₯ Medical, Dental, & Vision πŸ’ͺ Gym Reimbursement πŸ–₯️ Home Office Build-out Budget πŸ₯™ In-Office Group Meals πŸš… Commuter Benefits 🌴 Flexible Time Off πŸ§˜β™‚οΈ Wellbeing & Mental Health Perks 🧠 Learning & Development Stipend 🌎 Company Sponsored Conferences & Events πŸ’Έ HSA and FSA Plans 🧬 Fertility Benefits Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as bonus and equity. About Alchemy Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Ecosystem Marketing Manager to own and scale Alchemy's presence across the Web3 ecosystem, spanning chain partnerships, infrastructure providers, channel partners, customers, and emerging verticals like traditional finance and agentic commerce. Alchemy is the AWS of blockchain. We power everyone from Azuki and Polymarket to JP Morgan and Robinhood. This role sits at the intersection of all of those relationships and has the unique mandate to build deep, strategic connections across the entire ecosystem, then turn those relationships into high impact co-marketing programs, joint campaigns, thought leadership, and distribution at scale. This role has extraordinary breadth. You'll develop and execute strategy across Web3 native partners (chains, protocols, infrastructure providers), traditional finance institutions entering onchain (JP Morgan, Visa, MasterCard), customers, and channel partners (AWS and beyond). You'll also keep a pulse on the frontiers of blockchain, including stablecoins, RWA tokenization, deposit tokens, institutional staking, and agentic commerce, positioning Alchemy as the infrastructure layer that makes it all possible. This is a senior, strategic role. We're looking for someone who already has existing relationships across the ecosystem and a proven track record of expanding their network, developing a distribution strategy, and executing it at scale. You won't be building a network from scratch. You'll be activating one. What You’ll Do - Develop and own the ecosystem marketing strategy across chain partnerships, infrastructure partners, channel partners (e.g., AWS), and key customers spanning Web3 native and TradFi verticals. - Build and deepen strategic relationships with ecosystem players, including chains, protocols (Chainlink, Fireblocks, Canton Network), technology partners, and enterprise customers, to create mutual distribution opportunities. - Design and execute joint campaigns, co-branded content, co-hosted events, and thought leadership programs that amplify Alchemy's brand across partner channels and audiences. - Drive ecosystem distribution at scale by identifying and activating opportunities to leverage partner channels (newsletters, events, social, developer communities) to expand Alchemy's reach and brand awareness. - Host and coordinate thought leadership workshops, panels, and executive roundtables with key ecosystem players to reinforce Alchemy's position as the foundational infrastructure layer for onchain development. - Keep a pulse on the TradFi to onchain movement, tracking how institutions like JP Morgan, Visa, MasterCard, and Coinbase are adopting blockchain and identifying marketing opportunities at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3. - Monitor and engage with emerging trends including stablecoins, RWA tokenization, deposit tokens, institutional staking, and agentic commerce (AI agents on blockchain rails), positioning Alchemy as the infrastructure powering these movements. - Collaborate cross functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Content to ensure ecosystem marketing efforts are tightly aligned with Alchemy's GTM strategy and revenue goals. - Build and maintain a comprehensive ecosystem map, tracking key players, partnership health, co-marketing pipeline, and campaign impact across verticals. - Report on ecosystem marketing performance, providing clear metrics and insights to leadership on brand awareness, partner engagement, and pipeline contribution. What we’re looking for - 5+ years of experience in ecosystem marketing, partner marketing, or strategic marketing within crypto, blockchain, or developer infrastructure. - Existing relationships across the Web3 ecosystem, including chains, protocols, infrastructure providers, and key industry players. You are not starting from zero. - Proven track record of developing an ecosystem or partner marketing strategy and distributing it at scale, driving measurable brand awareness, partner engagement, and pipeline impact. - Experience executing joint campaigns, co-marketing programs, and events with ecosystem partners that drove real business outcomes. - Strong understanding of the blockchain landscape, including L1s/L2s, DeFi, infrastructure, wallets, and the developer tooling ecosystem. - Working knowledge of TradFi's onchain adoption, with familiarity around how institutions are approaching stablecoins, tokenization, and blockchain based settlement. - Awareness of emerging trends in agentic commerce and AI powered onchain transactions. - Exceptional relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to navigate conversations with chain foundations, protocol teams, enterprise partners, and C-suite executives with equal comfort. - Strong cross functional collaborator with a proven ability to work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Content, and Engineering to align ecosystem efforts with company wide priorities and drive unified go-to-market execution. - Strategic thinker who can also execute, comfortable building a plan from scratch and rolling up sleeves to ship campaigns, host events, and manage partner activations. - Self-starter mentality with extreme ownership who thrives in fast paced, high autonomy environments. Nice to Haves - Ability to be in office in SF or NYC 3x a week. - Experience at a blockchain infrastructure company, chain foundation, or developer platform. - Previous experience marketing to both Web3-native and enterprise/TradFi audiences. - Familiarity with Alchemy's product suite (RPC, Smart Wallets, Rollups, Cortex). - Experience managing or influencing channel partnerships with major cloud/tech providers (AWS, GCP, etc.). - Background in developer relations or developer-focused marketing. - Existing presence and influence on Crypto Twitter / X and within key Web3 communities.
