If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. The work: We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to drive analytics across Ripple's product and business portfolio. You'll build the scientific frameworks teams use to evaluate product and business performance, and use AI tooling to accelerate the speed and reach of your analysis. In this role, you'll partner with product and business leads to frame the right questions, bring rigor to how they're answered, and make sure decisions rest on a consistent, thorough foundation. You'll take on ambiguous, high-impact problems, build analyses and tooling others can reuse, and raise the analytical bar of the teams you work with. What you’ll do: - Serve as the data science lead for one or more product or business areas — Payments, Stablecoin, or Custody — applying strong methodology and tackling the hardest analytical problems in your domain. - Partner with product and business leads to shape roadmap decisions: which initiatives to prioritize, what success looks like, and how we'll measure it. - Build the scientific frameworks your teams rely on: product and network health metrics, causal inference approaches, and forecasting that holds up across institutional and developer surfaces. - Apply AI to accelerate analytics — using LLMs and agentic workflows to scale insight generation, automate routine analysis, and make data more self-serve for non-DS partners. - Drive evidence-based evaluation of growth across customers, corridors, and on-chain activity, surfacing the causal drivers behind adoption and volume. - Define and communicate the metrics your teams and leadership run on, translating complex results into clear narratives for senior stakeholders. - Raise the bar for the DS function through mentorship and by modeling strong analytical practice for the data scientists around you. What you'll bring: - 7+ years in data science or quantitative analysis, with a track record of measurable impact on product and business decisions. - Experience as the data science partner to cross-functional teams, shaping roadmaps and helping leaders make better-informed calls. - Track record designing analytics and measurement frameworks that other teams adopt and build on. - Hands-on experience applying AI to accelerate analytics workflows — agentic analysis, AI-assisted insight generation, natural-language data interfaces. - Strong expertise in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and statistical modeling. - Expertise in Python or R, fluency in SQL, and experience with large-scale data tech (Databricks). - Experience with FinTech, payments, crypto, or blockchain data is a strong plus. - Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in a quantitative field preferred. - Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical depth into clear narratives for senior stakeholders. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. Coinbase's Developer Infrastructure group builds the systems every Coinbase engineer relies on to write, validate, ship, and run their code. Our teams collectively own the path from commit to production — scalable CI and build infrastructure, the platform that moves code safely to production, and the test infrastructure that gives engineers fast, trustworthy signals. We're hiring Senior Software Engineers across several teams in the group, and you'll be matched to the one that best fits your strengths and interests. This is high-leverage, deep systems work at a financial-grade reliability and security bar. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): - Design, build, and operate core developer-infrastructure services — spanning CI and build systems, deployment orchestration, and test infrastructure — that are fast, reliable, and secure by default at Coinbase scale. - Drive measurable improvements to the metrics every engineer feels: build and CI wall time, deploy speed and safety, and test feedback time and flakiness. - Own your services end to end, including SLOs, observability, and on-call. - Partner closely with engineering teams across Coinbase (your customers) to understand pain points and turn them into platform improvements. - Lead technical design for ambitious, cross-cutting projects and see them through to production. Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.” learn more about working at Coinbase . We're hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer (Uber Tech Lead) for Identity & Access Management within Platform and own the technical strategy that unifies human, AI agent, service, and workload identity into one coherent platform. IAM is a distributed problem across 700+ internal systems that no central team can implement alone, so this platform must make access consistent, visible, provable, and efficient across every identity type. You'll set architecture across multiple pods, drive adoption with hundreds of engineering teams, and act as one of the most senior technical voices for identity and access management at Coinbase. What you'll do: - Own the multi-year technical strategy for IAM end to end, including the architecture that unifies workforce, AI agent, and service/workload identity under a common model with shared primitives for authentication, authorization, provisioning, and governance. - Drive architecture decisions across multiple pods and teams you don't manage - establishing the standards, review bars, and integration contracts the rest of engineering builds against. - Build the adoption strategy for 700+ systems, including sequencing, migration paths, and build-vs-buy decisions that determine what we own versus integrate. - Partner with Security, Compliance, IT, Infrastructure, and product engineering leadership to translate audit and regulatory requirements (UAR, SOX, SOC 2) into automated controls and self-generating evidence. - Lead the data model and tooling that answer "who has access to what, and why" across a heterogeneous estate, reducing standing privilege while making the secure path the fast path. - Grow the technical bench by mentoring staff and senior engineers and raising the org's depth in identity as a domain. Required Skills and Experience: - 12+ years of software engineering experience, including a track record as the most senior technical leader on a platform spanning multiple teams with multi-year architecture driven to adoption across dozens of consuming teams. - Deep IAM expertise across more than one domain (workforce identity, authorization, access lifecycle, or non-human identity) with substantive experience in service or workload identity - service-to-service auth, workload identity federation, or machine credential management at scale. - Production Go experience and distributed systems design on AWS, with fluency in identity protocols and standards (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and workload identity patterns). - Proven influence without authority at senior levels - you've changed the technical direction of teams and orgs outside your own and secured leadership alignment on ambiguous, org-wide access-risk problems. - Ability to translate audit and regulatory requirements into automated technical controls, with clear written and verbal communication that frames complex identity problems for executive audiences. - Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. Through our crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers, we are improving the global financial system and creating greater economic fairness and opportunity for more people, in more places around the world. And we get to do the best work of our career and grow our skills surrounded by colleagues who have our backs. If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. We're looking for a Social Media Manager to run day-to-day social for two of the most-watched brands in crypto: Ripple and XRP. Few companies have an audience like ours — millions of people who follow every post, quote it, screenshot it, and debate it. That's a rare asset and a real responsibility. You'll own the calendar, the copy, and the conversation across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, translating institutional credibility and community energy into content people actually want to share. This role sits at the intersection of brand, comms, product marketing and community. You'll be equally comfortable shipping a same-day reactive post during a market moment and building a multi-week campaign around a major partnership or product launch. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own and execute the social media strategy and editorial calendar across the Ripple and XRP brand channels, including X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. - Write and produce platform-native content — short-form copy, video, motion graphics, threads and community posts — that makes complex payments, stablecoin, custody and tokenization topics clear and compelling. - Manage the distinct voices of the Ripple (institutional, enterprise, regulatory-credible) and XRP (community, developer, retail) brands, keeping each authentic while consistent with overall brand guidelines. - Monitor conversation in real time and engage the community, exercising sound judgment on when to respond, when to amplify, and when to escalate. - Partner with Comms, Legal and Policy on approvals and on reactive moments — regulatory news, market volatility, partnership announcements — where speed and accuracy both matter. - Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, Events and Developer Relations to turn launches, research, Swell and partner news into coordinated social campaigns. - Build and manage a creative pipeline with in-house designers, video editors and external agencies or creators. - Identify emerging platform features, formats and cultural trends in crypto and fintech, and translate them into proactive content the brands can own. - Support executive and spokesperson social presence with drafted content and coaching. - Measure and report on performance — reach, engagement, follower growth, share of voice, sentiment and downstream conversion — and use those insights to sharpen what we publish next. - Handle the operational backbone of social: publishing and listening tools, channel governance, account and vendor onboarding, and regular channel audits. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency or publisher, with a portfolio of campaigns you can walk us through. - Excellent short-form writing and editing skills, with the ability to shift tone between an institutional audience and a crypto-native one. - Strong visual instincts and hands-on experience briefing or producing video and design assets for social. - Proven track record of growing audience and engagement on X and at least one video-first platform. - Sound judgment and composure in a regulated, highly scrutinized environment — you know what not to post. - Proficiency with social management and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Later) and analytics platforms. - Ability to get up to speed quickly on technical and regulatory topics; genuine curiosity about crypto, payments and financial infrastructure. - Outstanding project management and attention to detail, understanding that quality takes precedence over speed or quantity. - Comfort operating in real time across global time zones, including occasional evening or weekend coverage for major moments. - Proficient in Asana, GSuite, Slack, Content Management Systems (Sanity), AI tools. - Strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute. - Experience in crypto, blockchain or financial services strongly preferred.
